Our cancellation policy for Health Surveillance is as follows:
- Failure to make us aware of a cancellation will incur the following charges;
- Cancellation with at least 22 calendar days’ notice – no charge.
- Cancellation with 15 to 21 calendar days’ notice – 50% of charges payable.
- Cancellation within 14 calendar days’ notice before commencement, or if the appointment wasn’t attended – 100% charges are payable.
Our cancellation policy for Management Referrals is as follows:
- Failure to make us aware of a cancellation will incur the following charges;
- Cancellation with at least 5 working days’ notice – no charge.
- Cancellation with more than 48 hours’ notice but less than 5 working days’ notice – 50% of charges payable.
- Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the appointment and if the appointment wasn’t attended – 100% charges are payable.
